About Calo RetailAbout two years ago, we wanted to make healthy even easier, and that’s when we launched our first “Calo Cafe” unit. We believe there’s a huge room in the market for this kind of concept, and we’re here to claim that space. Our vision is bold: to open over 100 stores in the coming years and become pioneers in this category.
Retail for us isn’t just about serving coffee and food. It’s about creating a new kind of food experience, where health meets speed, style meets substance, and the customer is the driving force behind it all.

You'll be tasked with designing and creating a concept for the cafe.
Main Responsibilities- Design and develop interior concepts for all new retail locations and special popups.
- Reflect the brand identity into physical space through layout, material selection, lighting and seating arrangements.
- Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and technical drawings
- Work closely with the retail team and contractors
- Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Prepare presentations for internal approvals and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and sourcing of materials and furnishings.

- Exceptional understanding of design concepts, color theory, and typography
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Well-organized, a great eye for detail, creativity, and a desire to push the boundaries in design
