Job DescriptionYou must be able to manage fully all Microsoft’s/non-Microsoft core business applications and operating systems, On-Prem and Cloud Environment (Azure/AWS), in addition to fully the network and security in the organisation. This includes all the devices, software, workstation, and server hardware.
This role is a key position within the service department and will be called upon to resolve the highest level of technical issues.
Responsibilities- Provide technical services for the following areas:
- Microsoft and non-Microsoft Products.
- Deploying of new project/Product.
- Upgrade any of the current system.
- Managing Infrastructure this will include on-prem and cloud environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Windows server 2019/2022 maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, migration, & upgrade.
