Job Description

You must be able to manage fully all Microsoft’s/non-Microsoft core business applications and operating systems, On-Prem and Cloud Environment (Azure/AWS), in addition to fully the network and security in the organisation. This includes all the devices, software, workstation, and server hardware.

This role is a key position within the service department and will be called upon to resolve the highest level of technical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical services for the following areas:
  • Microsoft and non-Microsoft Products.
  • Deploying of new project/Product.
  • Upgrade any of the current system.
  • Managing Infrastructure this will include on-prem and cloud environment.

  • Network configuration and management.
  • Palo Alto firewalls and Cortex Antivirus, Qualys Cloud Platform.

  • Management of all Virtualization technologies: Microsoft Azure, AWS
  • Monitoring and management of servers/systems alerts and notifications.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Veritas Backup Exec, Altaro Backup & Replication, and Recovery.
  • Advanced working knowledge in IP Cloud Telephony integrated with Teams.
  • Resolve all the issues related to IT infrastructure & Network.
  • Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.

Professional Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution.
  • 12+ years, experience in designing and deploying Infrastructure, hardware and networking solutions.
  • Experience deploying production applications, solutions, Hardware and networking as stated above in “Required Advanced Technical Proficiencies and Duties”.
  • Working knowledge of systems deployment within Windows platform.
  • Experience in Infrastructure, Virtualization, Hardware and networking from deployment and maintaining the availability of the service.
  • Knowledge of Service-oriented architecture and interfaces Architecture.
  • Experience of working with multiple solution partners and systems integrators.
  • Can lead and manage on the ground and virtual team.
  • Takes accountability and responsibility of the department overall services.
  • Good understanding of security issues surrounding applications.
