We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.

This role is critical for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production output, managing a team of skilled professionals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily production activities, ensuring that output targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability.
  • Implement and drive lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Control production costs and manage the plant's budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, with significant experience in manufacturing plant management. Proven leadership abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of production methodologies are essential. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in A'ali, Northern, BH .
