Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sophisticated reservoir simulation models to predict future performance and optimize field development strategies.
- Analyze well performance data, production trends, and geological information to assess reservoir potential and identify opportunities for enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
- Perform economic evaluations of development plans, including forecasting production, estimating reserves, and assessing project profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Contribute to the company's strategic planning by providing expert insights into reservoir characteristics and potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related field. A Master's degree or PhD is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering, with a strong focus on reservoir simulation and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in industry-standard reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG).
- Solid understanding of reservoir characterization, petrophysics, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and economic evaluation techniques applied to oil and gas reservoirs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
