- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hospitality and tourism development, strategic planning, or business development.
- Proven track record in identifying and successfully developing new projects or partnerships within the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of global tourism markets, trends, and key players.
- Strong understanding of feasibility studies, market research, and financial modeling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
