As the Associate - Purchasing, you will assist in the purchase of materials and supplies and ensure that the Supply Chain needs of Kitopi are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, participate in Contract Negotiations and manage inventory. You will be responsible for reviewing costs, develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, offer suggestions for where and how much material and supplies to buy.
What You'll Do
- Correctly pick, package, label, and assemble orders for dispatch.
- Store picked items properly, restock shelves, and correctly dispose of discarded packing materials.
- Perform product quality assurance checks, reporting any damaged or missing products to your manager.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including following proper procedures when handling materials and operating equipment.
- Use handheld devices and barcode scanners when picking and packing orders and tracking inventory.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with coworkers to ensure timely order processing.

- Previous warehouse, stockroom, or logistics experience (≥ 3–6 months).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, warehouse systems).
- Certifications in forklift or pallet jack operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other local languages is advantageous.
