As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments to analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, and design comprehensive training solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging course content, developing assessments, and incorporating multimedia elements to enhance learning outcomes. You will utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) to build and deliver online courses, virtual classrooms, and blended learning programs. The ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging learning modules is paramount.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing successful instructional design projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential, as you will be interacting with diverse stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously. A deep understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and evaluation strategies is required. Experience with various e-learning development tools and multimedia production is a significant advantage. Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
