Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design tailored Investment Policy Statements (IPS) that reflect client
- Construct and manage portfolios anchored in Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), integrating both public and private market exposures.
- Conduct portfolio diagnostics including risk attribution, stress testing, scenario analysis, and rebalancing recommendations.
- Lead manager selection and due diligence across asset classes—public equities, fixed income, private equity, private credit, and real assets—combining quantitative analysis with qualitative assessment.
- Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks, producing client-friendly reporting and variance commentary.
- Collaborate with RMs and advisors to translate investment strategy into personalized solutions aligned with family-specific objectives.
- Contribute to the digitization of OCIO services, including AI-driven analytics, reporting, and aggregation capabilities through AIO+.
- Join client and prospect meetings, presenting investment strategy, market views, and performance insights with clarity and confidence.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment management, family office, OCIO, or multi-asset roles—preferably with exposure to both public and private markets.
- Experience working within or advising family offices, understanding multi generational needs, illiquid asset considerations, and wealth structuring complexities.
- Strong grasp of portfolio theory, SAA, IPS development, and multi-asset class investment frameworks.

Main Responsibilities & Duties- Manage and monitor the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts.
- Enhance budgeting and forecasting techniques to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
