The roles and responsibilities are as below:
Responsible for designing buildings to create unique and well-organized structures.
Meeting with clients to discuss their vision, drawing up building plans and modifying their designs throughout the building process to maximize structural integrity.
- Result-driven individual with experience in outdoor sales of Outdoor, and interior furniture, doors, and decorative products.
- Outdoor sales experience with established contacts with Consultants, Designers, Architects, Contractors, and other potential clients is a must.
Review contractor shop drawings and other submittals, prepare and issue site instructions, and provide Certificates for Payment to the contractor
Handle clients, and project managers and take up the site responsibilities individually.
Experience of working on large-scale projects; preparing working drawings, site layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and details in the Commercial Interior Sector.
Provide counseling service(s) to clients.
Draw design(s) for construction project(s)
Design a building plan that fits all construction requirements.
Planning and developing the design.
