Key Responsibilities:- Lead architectural concept development for floating and land-integrated marine projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and 3D models
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure buildable solutions
- Integrate sustainable design principles, marine-specific considerations, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and technical partners as needed
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and approvals
- Research materials and technologies suitable for marine environments
- Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Lumion
- Experience in parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical design skills
- Understanding of prefabrication, modular construction, or marine environments is preferred

Objective
This position is responsible for developing and executing architectural design solutions for new retail stores, extensions, refurbishments, and adaptive re-use projects across the company’s portfolio. The role ensures functional, aesthetic, and compliant designs are delivered within budget, aligned with brand standards, and successfully integrated into construction execution.
ResponsibilitiesDesign Development & Conceptualization
- Prepare and present conceptual and detailed architectural design proposals, layout plans, and feasibility studies.
