A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management is essential. Proven negotiation skills and a strong understanding of contract law are a must. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are critical. Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software is required. Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary.
