Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles.
Experience driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience.
Experience with automation, scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python) and application migration and modernization.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation, preferably with AWS, and experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee cleaning and sanitation operations at their facility in Sanad, Capital, BH . This hybrid role requires a combination of on-site leadership and remote administrative tasks, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, developing work schedules, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and direct the work of environmental services staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Develop and implement daily/weekly work schedules for cleaning staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to established standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Implement and enforce all health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to cleaning and sanitation needs, including emergencies.
• Maintain records of staff performance, training, and supply usage.
• Collaborate with facility management to address any maintenance or repair needs related to cleaning operations.
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellent service among the environmental services team.
• Handle remote administrative tasks such as report generation, timesheet review, and remote team check-ins.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental services or cleaning management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation best practices.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supervising staff and interacting with management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some remote administrative duties.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.
• Must be able to work on-site in Sanad, Capital, BH .
