Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to procedures.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems.
- Implement and enforce all warehouse safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and training.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent leadership, team supervision, and communication skills.
