We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join MTQ Oilfield Services and contribute to the growth of our operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role requires a results-driven individual with expertise in the sales, marketing, and business development of oilfield well control equipment and services. The candidate will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, achieve sales targets, and lead a sales and estimation team. Leveraging our state-of-the-art manufacturing and repair facilities, the Sales & Marketing Manager will build customer-centric solutions, establish strong client relationships, and expand the business portfolio. In addition, they will engage in negotiations, close high-value deals, and oversee regional marketing campaigns, compliance, and brand awareness initiatives.

▸ 7-10 years of sales expertise in the manufacturing and repair of oilfield well control equipment.

▸ 7-10 years of sales and business development experience in the Middle East region, with a preference for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets.

▸ Strong understanding of API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT, and 7-1 standards for well control equipment.

▸ Master's or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (MBA is considered an advantage).

▸ Proficiency in English (Arabic speaking ability is preferred).

▸ Experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals within the upstream oil & gas sector.

▸ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

▸ Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

▸ Result-orientation with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and driving sales.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a range of products.
  • Lead messaging and positioning efforts ensuring our products stand out in a competitive market.
  • Lead content planning with product managers from website copy to whitepapers, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, partnering with regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Launch new products and features, leading cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Run competitive analysis, staying ahead of market trends and evolving our positioning accordingly.
  • Support the customer success team on driving customer engagement and growth, working on strategies to upsell and cross-sell across our customer base.
  • Plan and execute global events, live webinars, and community meetups that align with our GTM priorities.

The successful PMM will have:

  • Experience in product marketing for enterprise software, cloud, DevOps, or open-source solutions.
  • A passion for technology and open source you get excited about innovation, software, and community-driven development.
  • Strong storytelling skills you know how to craft messaging that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with demand generation, understanding how to translate GTM strategies into pipeline growth.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, partners, and marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Growth mindset someone who thrives on experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
