The client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for their Fitness Center as well as other brands within the Group. The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist with hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing, brand building, and campaign management. This role requires a strong understanding of the Bahrain and GCC markets, with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Fitness Center and other group brands.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
  • Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content including social media posts, videos, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Manage relationships with media, influencers, and external agencies to maximize brand exposure.
  • Organize and promote events, activations, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Support cross-functional teams and collaborate with management on strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and positioning across all group companies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within fitness, lifestyle, retail, or F&B sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong creative, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage marketing for multiple brands simultaneously.
  • GCC market experience is a plus, with a solid understanding of consumer behavior in Bahrain.

We are hiring a Marketing Manager

Canonical is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline for our products. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, from crafting compelling campaigns and driving demand generation, to collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Product, Communications, and Alliances.

As a key contributor to our marketing team, you'll take ownership of high-impact programs including integrated campaigns, product launches, events, and account-based marketing. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting our products with the right audiences whether enterprise customers, developers, or strategic partners.

What your day will look like

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning and campaign execution across portfolios, territory or vertical.

  • Partner with events, content, paid media, and social media teams to execute integrated campaigns across channels.

This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Product, engineering, content, Sales, and other Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing, and the use of technology in marketing.   • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, partnering with regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Launch new products and features, leading cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Run competitive analysis, staying ahead of market trends and evolving our positioning accordingly.
  • Support the customer success team on driving customer engagement and growth, working on strategies to upsell and cross-sell across our customer base.
  • Plan and execute global events, live webinars, and community meetups that align with our GTM priorities.
