The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product development within the FMCG industry. A proven track record of successfully launching new products is a must. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills are required. Experience with consumer insights, market research methodologies, and product lifecycle management is essential. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory affairs relevant to FMCG products is highly beneficial. This is a fully remote position, requiring exceptional self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
