About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Information Security team on a 1-year renewable contract. The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), and Fortinet firewall technologies. In this role, you will help secure our financial systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents using EDR/XDR platforms.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and related solutions.
  • Assist in implementing network and endpoint security controls.
  • Perform routine system and security checks; escalate findings and vulnerabilities.
  • Support the SOC team in incident detection, investigation, and response.
  • Maintain clear documentation of incidents, policies, and configurations.
  • Work with IT and compliance teams to align with financial sector regulations.

Requirements:
