**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Performing tasks under limited supervision and selecting from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Inspect/repair/overhaul engines in workshops/sites and prepare accurate technical reports.
- Ensure appropriately utilize the Deutz workshop manual to ensure the assigned tasks are completed accurately.
- Supporting the service partners by phone, mail, or on-site if the service partner cannot solve the problem himself.
- Providing accurate customer support while dealing with issues over the phone.
- Carrying out repairs, modernization work, installations, and conversion work on-site with the customer or in the workshop.
- Advising the customer regarding possible uses of the machine and sales of accessories & parts.
- Providing instruction and training for customers related to complex units.
- Responsible for receipt and dispatch of defective or repaired units.
- Ensuring the demonstration or training units are fully functional and are regularly maintained.
- Assisting with documentation of the service documents with the concerned stakeholders.
- Cultivating extensive relationships with customers and providing support for sales staff.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- ITI Holder or Diploma Holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience or above required in similar field.
- Basic computer literacy is desired.

As an intern, you will provide technical support support to Amazon within its owned and operated data centers. This position involves ensuring that the data centers mechanical, electrical and plumbing operates at 100% availability while maintaining first-class customer service to the teams and groups within the data centers. All interns will be exposed to independent work and in a team. Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Engineering Operations team is Amazon's front-line responders for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations. You will work with equipment that supports mission-critical servers and must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPS's, PDU's, AHU's, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFD's, and building automation systems.
Duties include:
· Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
· Assist root cause analysis of equipment failures
· Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal SLA
· Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment

Physical Requirements
