  • Optimize mechanical designs for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical engineering issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and systems engineering, with a focus on complex systems.
  • Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, COMSOL).
  • Deep understanding of material science, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and kinematics.
  • Proven experience in leading significant mechanical engineering projects from concept to production.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Experience with additive manufacturing and advanced fabrication techniques is a plus.
