Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize chemical and mechanical processes across the site to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and local authorities to align engineering activities with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, update, and maintain process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, material balances, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and conduct technical evaluations to identify inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, or compliance risks.
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits of process equipment and operational practices to verify adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Support incident investigations and contribute to root cause analysis related to process upsets or operational failures.
- Deliver technical briefings and training sessions to site personnel on process safety, system optimization, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators, production trends, and recommended improvements to support continuous process enhancement.
