- 6–8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying, ideally on high-rise or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and commercial management.
- Proficient in Candy, CostX, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with FIDIC and other international contract standards.
