Our client, a prominent player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for a fully remote role. This position is critical for optimizing the flow of goods from sourcing to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and demand forecasting within the FMCG industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts with logistics providers, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet market demand. You will analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance visibility and efficiency. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams will be essential to align supply chain activities with business objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex logistics challenges. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, with a focus on the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations is a plus.
The role is based in Hidd, Muharraq, BH , but the position is fully remote.
