Job Purpose

Reporting to the Department Manager(DM)/Sr. GM the lead solution architect is responsible for managing YMA system & standalone DES proposals.

To work closely with the other cross sectional departments like, Product Delivery Center, Service, Quality, Legal etc.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Have in depth knowledge on Advanced Solutions such as Historian, Alarm Management, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training Simulator, Network Security and Digitalization Solutions.
• To work as an ambassador for Yokogawa within the MEA region
• Works diligently with the Sales team, to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives/targets
• To adapt to changes in job profile/responsibilities as expected by Management.
• To be always Well Groomed, Passionate, Healthy Self Disciplined and ensure the team also understand and follow the same.
• To work in an agile manner and ensure support for overall team to consistently deliver submission of proposal/TQ in a timely manner within a committed schedule.
• To be a part of combined Taskforce within the team for any major MAC or system proposal with tight integration with other Business Units with initial and final review before submission to other BU along with DES as appropriate.
• To follow the latest Sales process flow and responsibility matrix as a part of the Manual and to ensure both self & team follow the same consistently.
• To support DM/Sr.GM on the various day to day decisions and reports to Management.
• To be as a motivated TEAM member with only positive attitude and specific focus, have open communication among the Sales team to achieve the Sales objectives.
• To manage Sales updates/portal regularly.
• Continuously improve the Proposal operations in YMA.
• To support on establishing and managing the training requirements of the solutions team in YMA, in consultation with DM/Sr. GM.
• To support on FEED along with team, POC, LCA proposal support, site surveys for replacement standalone/combined with system or Service projects.
• Supports Sales TEAM in customer techno commercial presentations/discussion.
• To support and Manage both Internal/External audit for Solutions.
• To support on the registration of our Company for standalone solution and any new solutions to ensure growth consistently.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of (8 - 10) years of experience in a similar role within the OT environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
  

• Proven experience with Yokogawa ICSS and Advanced Solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support engineers and sales teams.
• Ability to standardize tools and improve processes
• Capable to work autonomously, practical, decisive and self-starter.
  
  

• Proficiency in Yokogawa products and systems.
• Experience with network security, virtualization technologies and tools.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience on AWS solution Architecture, consulting and Implementation.

Extensive knowledge and experience of EC2, ECS, Fargate/EKS, S3, VPC/VPN, Storage, ELB/Elastic Beanstalk, SQS, Cloud Formation, Terraform, Cloud Watch Metrics, Cloud Watch Logs, EMR, RedShift, DynamoDB and other AWS services

Must have completed 3-5 large scale projects on datacenter migration to AWS.

Experience in working with Automation, Cloud management and Cloud Cost Optimization tools.

Experience/Understanding of federated authentication and authorization models.

Working knowledge of networks, routing, VPNs, DNS, load balancing and firewall technologies.

Should be able to design scalable, resilience and reliable architecture (Cloud Native/Hybrid)

Experienced in providing support for system modification via automated change management system.

Knowledge of using best practice for implementing IT Security, Integration, and Testing.

Knowledge of scripts to automate all manual tasks (Implementation and maintenance)

Mandatory - AWS Certified Solution Architect / Developer / SysOps Associate and/or Professional.

Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies shall be a value add.

• Experience – 10 yrs + in technical role (minimum 3 years’ experience in AWS Solution Architecture)
• Certification – AWS certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Anaplan models and solutions for forecasting, budgeting, asset under management (AUM) reporting, and investment performance analysis
• Translate existing financial systems, particularly Excel models, into efficient Anaplan solutions
• Expand and maintain Anaplan data integration through Data Orchestrator
• Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide training and support
• Work with the IT team to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Create insightful dashboards and reports within Anaplan to provide real-time visibility into KPIs and financial results

Job Purpose

The Senior Solutions Architect for APC is responsible for designing APC business solutions and implementing APC solutions for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Polymers, and other domains, including integration of third-party systems and custom development when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Identify potential areas and benefits for applying Advanced Process Control across various process units and specify the hardware/software architecture for APC implementation.
2. Conduct scoping studies, prepare base cases, tune PID controllers, perform step tests, and identify models and inferential data.
3. Implement APC & MVC solutions, including control definition, functional design, plant testing, detailed engineering, controller and estimator modeling, site integration, SAT, commissioning, and PGTR.
4. Possess hands-on experience in commissioning APC controllers in refining, petrochemical, and polymer process units.
5. Coordinate multiple projects and provide technical and managerial support to ensure successful completion of large APC & MVC projects across various process units, including leading a team of APC consultants.

Provide advisory and maintenance support, modify control strategies to enhance APC uptime, and train plant operators and engineers on APC systems.
