Job Summary
To maintain a desired level of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and associated food outlets/warehouse/central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist kitchen crew in maintaining high-level of food quality and taste as per the standards.
- Assist the kitchen crew run the stations in professional way following menu line builds as standard operating procedure set by the company and Executive Chef.
- Assist kitchen crew operate all the equipment's according to equipment 101.
- Assist kitchen crew on in house prep list, maintaining the confidentiality with regards to recipes and Standards.
- Assist Kitchen crew and work together as a team creating and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Assist kitchen crew in completing station checklist on all stations following 3 Lines Standard operating procedure set by the company and Executive Chef.
- Assist Kitchen Crew for the general cleaning procedures and general cleanliness of all station's outlets within the restaurant.
- Assist the Kitchen crew on receiving delivery from Main Store and Main Kitchen following the receiving SOP guidelines.
- Ensure that FIFO, stock order plan and inventories is well maintained
- Collaborate with the assigned duty kitchen crew, to review the requirement for the outlet kitchen.
- Practice at all times HACCP and onboard sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with 3 lines stands.
- Follow the Mission statement and brand promises that are set by the company.
- Help with the service and preparation of food items as directed by Line In charge.
- To be punctual and to follow the rostered days off to confirm to the business.

- Demonstrated expertise in culinary operations, menu costing, and inventory control.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in event planning and logistics management for large-scale functions.
